CONDUCTION AND RADIATION is concerned with discussion and problem-solving related to the two principal modes of heat transfer. The text includes special topics such as inverse and microscale heat transfer, phase change, diffusive mass transfer, spectral formulation of the enclosure theory, and a simplified analysis of the radiative transfer equation.
