English for Engineers & Technologists is in two volumes and has been written by teachers. It has been produced by the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Anna University and is a British Council-aided project. The writing of the book was supervised by three specialists from the Ealing College of Higher Education, London. The contents of the books are based on eight ˜real-life` topics which are interesting and relevant to engineering/technical students.
