About the Author
Dr. S. Anderson, BSc (Hons.), MA, PhD, MR Pharm S., MCPP Is a senior lecturer in the Department of Public Health and Policy at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine since 1995. He holds a degree in pharmacy from the University of Manchester and is a former Teaching Programme Director at the London School, responsible for all masters level education and training.
