About the Authors: Colonel Bob Stewart DSO completed 28 years army service and was the first British battalion commander in Bosnia, for which he was awarded the Distinguished Service Order. He is currently an independent consultant specializing in political and security matters. He regularly writes for various newspapers and is a frequent commentator on radio and television. He has written and presented a BBC TV programme Reflections on Leadership and a series of documentaries called The Negotiator for Channel 5 Television.
