About the Author
Mark McDonald, Ph.D., is a leading researcher and practitioner of business process design and business architecture. Currently Head of Research for Gartner Executive Programs, he was formerly a partner at Accenture, where he was responsible for directing the firm`s Centre for Process Excellence.
