About the Author
Dr. Arumugam Raman obtained his Bachelor of Science in Economics (1996) at University of London. He further completed Master of Science (Information Technology) at University Science Malaysia. He pursued his Ph.D in Computer in Edcuation and obtained the degree from University Science Malaysia. At present, he is a senior lecturer in the School of Education and Modern Languages, University Utara Malaysia.
