About the Author
Amita Mital Associate Professor at the IIM, Lucknow. After completing her Masters in Business Administration, she worked in industry in various capacities for 18 years before moving to the academia. She earned her fellowship in management from the IIM, Lucknow and, subsequently started her academic career at XLRI, Jamshedpur. Her current research and teaching interest areas include Strategic Management, Management of Change and Transformation, Strategic Alliances and Strategic Service Management.
