About Author :
Dr. Sanjeev Kumar H.M. presently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Political Science, Allahabad University, Allahabad University, Allahabad. He has done his Ph.D. from Karnataka University, Dharwad, Karnataka in 2005. He has been a gold medalist in M.A. Political Science from Karnataka University in the year 2000. He was also awarded U.G.C. Junior Research Fellowship in the year 2002 for pursuing Ph.D. Besides he has regularly contributed articles in research journals, and also participated in national and international conferences.
