The DMRC Exam For Jr. Engineer (Electrical) Guide + Practice Workbook (Theory + Exercise + 10 Practice Sets) Paper I And II is a book that aims to help candidates prepare for the DMRC examinations, which occur annually. This examination selects new recruits into the corporation. It contains a theoretical component and an exercise component. The exercise component is also accompanied by ten sets of practise papers. These practice sets of the paper have been accurately set as per the DMRC examination guidelines, giving the students a thorough idea of the actual examination pattern. Not only this, the book also includes one paper from the previous year, fully solved, providing the student with a legitimate understanding of the examination.
There are two papers in the exam. Paper 1 consists of an objective test containing a General Ability section which has 60 questions on General Awareness, English, Logical Ability and Quantitative Aptitude. The second part of Paper 1 is the Electrical Engineering section, which has 60 questions to test the candidate’s knowledge and skills of electrical engineering. Paper 2 includes subjective type questions in the form of Paragraph Writing, Essays and Comprehension that test the candidate’s grasp and understanding of the English language. The Essay questions based on the field of Science and Technology are also present.
The exercises in the book are accompanied by solutions, provided immediately at the end of each of the sets. In addition, the book provides Response Sheets for each Objective Test, in which Analysis can be done with the help of the Test Analysis & Feedback Sheet after each set of paper has been solved.
