The present publication deals with composition of milk, milk ingredients analysis. microbiologyical analysis (milk, water, air, and dairy equipment), adulterants and contaminants analysis (especially heavy metals, aflatoxins, pesticides/insecticides residues, veterinary drugs residues and antibiotic residues). Although several Govt. quality agencies have published their booklets/standards/official publications and some books are also available on dairy chemistry but such scattered technical information does not serve dairy men as per their requirements. The Author therefore has made an attempt to produce compiled and complete advanced technical information related to the analysis of quality of milk in the form of “HAND BOOK ON ANALYSIS OF MILK”(CHEMICAL AND MICROBIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF LIQUID MILK). The Author expects that publication is able to meet the requirements of dairy men as well as dairy educationists.
