After serving in various Departments of central and state government he retired as a Deputy Commissioner Sales Tax U.P. An author of four books and numerous articles, he is presently working as an honorary chairman of the Publication Division of an NGO. He is also editing a bi-lingual magazine ˜Gyan Prabha`.
