A Course in Business Communication deals primarily with the communication needs of students pursuing business management courses. The book provides in-depth knowledge of the various forms and practices of business communication which should help learners to understand the nuances of business communication and enhance their communication skills at the work place.
The book is divided into three parts”the first part presents an overview of communication, its nature, scope and significance. Part III which deals with written communication comprises the essentials of effective business writing. This section elaborates on the important forms of written communication, namely, letters, reports, notices and circulars, resumes, paragraphs and e-mails.
