This book on Human Anatomy is meant for common medicalstudents. It is the second volume of a three part series and focusses onthe lower limb and abdominal region. The text has been arranged in smallclassified parts to make it easier for the students to remember and recall it atwill. It is adequately illustrated with simple line diagrams which can bereproduced without any difficulty, and which also help in understanding andmemorizing the anatomical facts that appear to defy memory of a common student. The monotony of describing the individual muscles separately, one after theother, has been minimised either by writing them out in tabular form, or byevolving the general principles, both of which make the subject interesting fora lasting memory. Treatment of the individual skull bones, barring mandible, hasbeen carefully avoided. The radiological and surface anatomy of the pertinentparts feature separately in the book. A sincere attempt has been made to deal, wherever required, the clinical applications of the subject. The entire approachis such as to attract and inspire the student for a deeper dive in the subjectof anatomy. Throughout the text the language has been altered to give the textgreater flow. Many sections have been rewritten. Extensive work has been done onthe illustrations. ISBN - 9788123900056
