Baba Yaga, I have to tell you, is a bad witch. She travels a lot, but you can find her most often in Russian, Czech and Polish fairy tales. Sometimes she appears as a thunder witch – the devil’s grandmother. She is an ugly old woman with a monstrous nose and long teeth. Her hair is a frightful mess, and sometimes, in the worst cases, she eats boys and girls for dinner! There she’ll be (after dinner!) flying through the sky in an iron cauldron, sweeping her traces from the air with a broom.
