Dr. Raghupati Mukhopadhyay obtained his B.Sc. (Hons.) in Chemistry from University of Calcutta and M.Tech. with first class from University Colleges of Science & Technology, Calcutta University in 1968. He joined as senior Research Fellow of C.S.I.R in the Deptt. of Applied Chemistry Calcutta University, in the year 1969. He obtained his Ph.D in Chemistry in 1977, and joined Dey-se-Chem. Ltd. as Chief Chemist. He joined Raja Peary Mohan College, Hooghly, West Bengal as a Reader in Chemistry in 1982 and as guest lecturer in the Deptt. of Chemical Technology, Calcutta University in the same year. He has guided many research projects both of fundamental and industrial nature. He has published more than ten research papers in reputed national journals and authored more than twelve books. He is a Fellow of Indian Chemical Society. He is also a Fellow of All India Institute of Chemists and has recently been selected as a Council Member of the same Institute. ISBN -9788122432398
