Gender justice, which is enshrined under various nationa, regional and international instruments, is an effective tool to combat all social evils which are basically faced by women. This is in furtherance to enable women to enjoy the equal status, fundamental freedoms and basic rights like men not only de jure rather de facto too in every walk of life including social, political, economic, civil, cultural, etc.
