As in my earlier text book on Jurisprudence-in this book also I have made a conscious attempt to keep the language simple and explain the meanings of difficult words/phrases/concepts as and when required-but this time in foot notes itself rather than in an Independent Glossary, to facilitate simultaneous reference.

Given my own teaching experience of more than two decades I feel this will avoid turning pages back and forth to get at the differences between the State and Union Provisions.
