This introductory text on Polymer Chemistry does not presuppose a high level of proficiency in the background subjects and is written for students of an average calibre who have studied in an Indian University for a B.Sc. (Pass) degree. This text would, therefore, be useful to those students who wish to be initiated in the subject at the grass-root level.
