This collection of incomplete memoirs provides rare insights into the personality of an outstanding economist and well-known institution builder in India. V.K.R.V. Rao founded the Delhi School of Economics and the Institute of Economic Growth, Delhi, and later, the Institute for Social and Economic Change, Bangalore.
