The book "Law Relating to Cruelty Against Husband" is an attempt to present the laws and judicial pronouncements in respect of the cruelty and ill-treatment by their errant wives. The book covers mental and physical cruelty, torture, moral degrading, defamation, false allegations, etc., by wives against their husbands.
Chapter 1 of the book contains Marriage, Domestic Relations and Legal Status of Husband. This includes preliminary issues of cruelty and supreme Court and High Court judgments. Chapter 2 contains cruelty to husband and Chapter 3 contains divorce to wife covering orders and decree of Supreme Court and High Courts. Chapter 4 covers various Acts and Rules. Chapter 6 contains Relevant Provisions of Allied Acts and Rules, and Chapter 7 includes various Forms in respect of filing of cases and appeals.
The author has made every attempt in this book to bring a coverage of laws both national and international, presentation of laws and judgment in favour husbands.
This book is no doubt a complete treatise in its composition and it is hoped that it can serve the cause of the readers in this specific aspect.
