Anbuvelan is currently working as a Lecturer in the Department of Civil Engineering at Bharat Institute of Higher Education and Research, Deemed University, Chennai - 600 073. He obtained his B.E., (Civil) from Madras University in 1995, P.G. Diploma in Design and Construction of Concrete Structures from Annamalai University in 1997 and M.E. in Structural Engineering from Madras University in 2002. He has two years of field experience and eight years of teaching experience.
